Color coat over a painted stucco home
Hi folks, with this video I explain how we apply a color coat cementitious finish to a painted stucco home. The prep work is the foundation for the longevity of the job. The home owner pressure washed the walls with a force of 3100 PSI, we then applied a bonding agent directly to the home the day previous to the application of color. You can apply a bonding agent and color the same day if you wish.
Folks will still have to maintain the wood around the home but this process allows the color coated surface to be maintenance free. The color in this video is Southern Moss from a La Habra chart.
