Color coat tutorial of Maintenance free color finish applications

Howdy folks, in this video I explain how we apply a cementitious, LaHabra color coat finish. We started by pressure washing the home. Next we applied a bonding agent to the home. We then covered the grounds, windows and doors and finally applied the color coat. This was completed during a dry day in which the forecast of rain was at 4 A.M. that evening., which meant we had to be completely finished with this project by no later than 4 P.M. this way by 11:00 p.m. it would be safe from the rains. The scaffold was set for a 3 day period; our job was one of a.s.a.p. to complete the color finish. Generally if there is a chance of rain within 24 hours it’s best to wait to apply a color finish until there is window of at least 24 hours.
