Howdy all you DIY guys and gals, in this video we explain How to weather proof as best as possible a stucco tie in with existing deteriorated paper.
All a person can do is the best with what paper is available. I have been telling folks for years, if you wish a proper guarantee of water proofing for any wall with paper that is deteriorated you should consider removing the entire wall.
