Howdy folks, this video shows the steps taken to properly repair the exterior of this home; this video explains how to do it yourself in a step-by-step process.
The paper somewhat deteriorated, but we managed to tie in as best as possible with what we had to work with. after lath, we applied two coats of plaster with a plaster finish to match the existing finish stucco. After the stucco was cured for 30 days, we painted the area.
I would advise you to hire an expert to work under these conditions.
