Fix structural cracks on plaster walls
Hello folks. In this video I will show you how I repair a very large structural crack. I was called in because the original repair texture did not match, and some of the cracks had reappeared. I exposed the crack and filled it with an incredibly strong polyurethane caulking. After I painted the area with a bonding agent I skimmed it with a rapid set stucco and floated it to make the texture match the old dash finish. When you have a thrown on dash finish that has been painted many times, a heavy float finish can match it well.
