In this video, we are wetting all the area’s down, thus like in the story where the garage painter wet sheets and hung them up, saturating the grounds with water; any dust is attracted to the moister,
like steel to a magnet.
We used a stucco that has a lot of lime. Why? Lime flexes, unlike Portland cement.
BMI 690 lime stucco with fibers was used for this repair.
