Installing a color coat stucco over a painted exterior finish
Howdy guys and gals. In this video we are applying a beautiful La Habra color coat finish over a painted stucco home. First we had to clean the entire surface of the home with a pressure washer, this is an integral step. Whenever you are applying a new material over a home your finish will only be as good as your prep work. We always make sure we have a very clean surface before we begin applying our color coats. Then we give the home an elegant float finish, making sure that there are no joints along our finish.Where I could only fit one plank on the ladder jacks we tied the plank down very secure with tie wire to the rung of the ladder plus had a belt strapped from us to to the rung. Usually there are two planks as a rule.
