Leaking roof flashing
Hi Gals and guys, In this video I am explaining a leaking parapet roof flashing detail. Its best when possible to solder the seams of metal flashing but the next best thing is to use the best polyurethane caulking available to make certain any standing water does no enter through the seams as it did in this video.
Of course a parapet flashing is not supposed to allow water to set while working it way through the seams.
But I have seen this many, many times before.
