Remove and fix loose plaster from porch ceiling
Howdy guys and gals, My Buddy Tom Carroll of Carroll construction referred me to the home owners to give my opinion on whether to remove the complete ceiling or just some of it. I informed them that if it were my house I would get a free standing chair swing and just fix what is failing as the main cause of the top coat of plaster separating was by the swinging chair combined with allot of weight. (Vibration or movement causes stucco to do this) I used a quick set exterior mud to accomplish the fix.
