Can an interior wall be plastered with stucco after the loose plaster has been removed? Of course it can.
Many folks ask me if you can use exterior stucco for interior walls.
The homeowner wanted a stronger wall than plaster, and we obliged him.

In my opinion, this home was done with Structo-lite and a top coat of Lime plaster.

Yes, we could have also applied a Diamond base coat and returned with a Diamond as a topcoat.
Yes, we could apply a drywall board and then a drywall compound and do back-to-back coats in 2 hours.
Yes, we could have even used taping mud, which would take three days to finish.
However, I am showing folks how to do it with Portland stucco in this video.
Why? There are many ways to skin a cat. I know every way that’s known to man.
Thus, I’m sharing some knowledge.
