Sikaflex Polyurethane Caulking the best, adhesive and sealant

Hi Guys, in this video my son Jason Giordano video’s while I explain how we apply caulking on this brick chimney covered with stucco. Jason actually used 4 tubes alone on just this chimney.

This Polyurethane-Based, non sag elastomeric sealant is also excellent as an adhesive. I did a test 15 years ago and applied a few drops to a couple of bricks and could not pull them apart, Brick are tough to adhere with mortar let alone caulking,
I took another brand with a really cool name that would probably outsell this product every time because of the great name, did the same test except use half a tube and pulled the bricks apart easily.
This Sikaflex caulking lasts the longest and adheres to everything.
You would think I’m a spokesman for the stuff but the fact is if a product fails old kirk now has to return and redo it for free.
Last tip, caulk in the early morning when the cracks are the largest, as the sun will heat the wall making it expands thus the cracks won’t all show midday or late afternoon, the ones that do will be half their original size if they show at all.
