Stucco or Concrete Accelerators.
Can you speed up stucco drying? Of course you can.

Lumnite stucco sold at Westside Building Materials in Oakland,
and other professional plastering yards.

Lumnite is not sold at any HD or Lowes, I say this so folks don’t spin their wheels.
FYI, anyone who wishes to add Lumnite to a full mixer, should have many, many years of experience or the complete mixer will harden where it would take longer to break it out then pay the 5K for another one.
I say this as, “we” make stucco look easy, it is. We have lots of time in.

In this video, since soooo many folks have asked what Accelerator we use the most, we took part of our so-called busy day to share this information for your understanding and entertainment.

Keep in mind weather plays a large part when applying stucco or concrete, this day was well into the “old triple digits” Too hot for mere mortals. 🔥

The next day we worked in Danville where it reached 105 degrees than Friday, Please Hill where it also reached around 105, it is much more of a challenge when working in triple digits. Me, I love Hot weather so no problemo.
My brother, Luu responds to hot weather like superman does to Kryptonite, not good.

Folks we use as a rule or most of the time regular Portland stucco mixed with three times the sand per every one part of the stucco.
For example, for every one hundred pounds of cement stucco, 300 pounds of sand are added to the mix. When adding Lumnite it’d a different ballgame.

Folks, for immediate bids, send pictures to Jason or me.

My other two sons, Carl and Dan, are located in Sonora, CA.
They both understand stucco and most carpentry. Both are young, strong, ambitious, and have integrity instilled into them by a father with morals.
Call them for your stucco or plastering needs in that area.
