Howdy, guys and gals, this video explains how we repaired this leaking deck and stairs.
Obviously, it would be better if any other concrete porch or steps installed metal flashing before the stucco work.
We are often forced to improvise on the best repair method for projects such as this with no metal flashing.
The stairs also had a large bulge that we corrected while there.
