Window foam trims, lathing practices, weep screeds, stucco ties ins

Hello again all you DIY lathing weekend warriors, we thought we would show some tips on lathing as we were on a complicated jobb that had many answers to the multiple questions i’m asked often. the main one being should I save my molds to use again, yes.

I use the reciprocating saw or “sawzall” to do what is called a plunge cutting technique to get the blade started when cutting off styrofoam molds, the idea is to cut the cementitious bonding agent or sometimes just a caulking that hold these molds in place. Remember it’s less expensive and less time consuming to save rather than to buy new.
