Matching stucco textures.
Stucco in Sonora, CA, is located in the historic city of Tuolumne County in the Sierra Nevada foothills.

What my brother Carl and I are doing is matching a texture for the homeowner, who did the basecoat but didn’t know how to achieve the existing finish as the rest of his house had.

As the owner did the base coat, we applied a bonding agent over his existing painted surface and the new basecoat in order to apply a finish coat of stucco, which was necessary to match the existing texture.
This is another day at the office for us, as we’ve done exterior plastering or stucco, as my dad calls it, most of our adult lives.
Thank you all for watching, and have a wonderful and exciting day!

FYI, I work for a licenced General contractor up here in the Tuolomne area, building homes or remodels, additions, you name it, he builds it, or corrects what ever need updating and maintenance.

The great outdoors, along with heavy snows have a way of creating tons of necessary maintenance.
My boss Joe is the General Contractor to call for these updates.
Nturally he’s licensed and bonded for your protection.

His company name is “Element Building Solutions.” His name is Joe Mornard. Joe takes on work in areas that most folks would consider dangerous just to drive near. Like Murphy’s, Arnold, Angles Camp, and Bear Valley. Yes, there are tons of snow there, so much in fact that we have to load snowmobiles at this time of year to get the materials to the jobs. No fun.
If only there were an airport at some of these jobs, as Joe owns and flies his plane, and often does so when not working.

Because of the recent levels of snow, bringing the materials to and from the job has increased our workdays by often by four hours per day.
Imagine bringing materials to a job, then loading them on snowmobiles to get the supplies to the job, then bringing the tools back, no fun, but I’m thankful to be blessed to have a career in the building trades and in God’s country, as most locations are kinda secluded. But extremely peaceful and too beautiful for words.
Thank you all for watching, and wishing all a blessed
day. Dan Giordano. My cell numer is Cell number is 1 209 768-4072
