How, why and where to install a Z flashing on a stucco home
Hello folks, Today we encountered a flashing done improperly. We were removing stucco in order to water proof it correctly and we uncovered a section that was flashed improperly. This actually led to them having to replace the wooden beam underneath this section years ago. Now we know why it was leaking and can take the necessary steps of attaching a z flashing to this area.
