Repair and fix cracks in colored cement stucco.
My son Dan, learned by “Trowel and error” that you have to wet any colored surface first; otherwise, the colors, when dry, will ghost. Ghosting means they will be ugly or noticeable.
FYI, the so-called technical name for the obvious color difference is called “Ghosting and or Bleeding, through.”
