Resurface uneven concrete with cement plaster, BMI 690.
Exterior cement plasters with fibers.
This BMI 690 with fibers cement stucco is only sold at plastering material yards, such as West Side Builders, in Oakland. Or Goole plastering yards near me.

Below are all the basic tools we use and recommend on Amazon’s website.

FYI, the blue stuff is a bonding agent, called Weld-Crete. Did I need it? No, but I used it to show the importance of bonding. BMI 690 with fibers is a fine sand Lime plaster that can be applied a quarter inch and is a whole lot thicker. In this video, I applied up to four inches in some areas of this beat-up patch, done by my brother, LUUUUU.
Lou’s is not an applicator or plasterer but can mix stucco ten hours a day and carry 200 pounds at a time. A man’s got to know his strengths and limitation.

Howdy folks were repairing or resurfacing a few bad concrete patches for looks and to ensure no one trips on the jagged edges anymore.
Remember that the cement plaster we skimmed over this area can be purchased at your nearest Plastering yard; thus, Google plastering yards near me if interested.

Since Sikas BMI 690 fiberglass reinforced fibered cement has no pictures online, I attached a picture of Sacrete cement plaster with Fiberglass mesh in the bags.
